Loyalty Points Earning Structure

The higher your order value, the more points you earn — rewarding bulk and repeat purchases.

 

How to Redeem Your Points

• 1 Point = ₹1 discount at checkout
• Points can be redeemed on your next purchase after the previous order is confirmed
• Points apply to product value only (not on GST or shipping)
• Partial or full redemption allowed depending on your cart value
• Maximum redemption per order: up to 50% of total product value

 

Let’s Understand With an Example

Order 1:

• Value: ₹12,000
• Points Earned: (₹12,000 ÷ ₹100) × 2 = 240 points
• Wallet Balance: ₹240

Order 2:

• Value: ₹3,500
• Points Redeemed: 200 points
• Checkout Discount: ₹200
• Final Payable Amount: ₹3,300

 

Additional Terms and Conditions

• Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
• Points are awarded only on successfully completed transactions
• Cancelled or refunded orders will not be eligible for loyalty points
• Points are non-transferable and redeemable only on the Bajaj Indef E-Store
