5. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details and pin code. We are not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Genuine Bajaj Indef spare parts come with a manufacturer warranty of 3 months from the date of supply.

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation or use of spare parts.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Wrong spare part delivered.

  • Product arrived damaged or defective.

  • Return request made within time

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase and we need complete video of packet opening

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical parts once installed.

  • Customized or specially ordered spare parts.

  • Parts damaged due to mishandling or incorrect installation.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 10 hours of placement.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

5. Warranty Claims

  • Follow the manufacturer's process for claiming warranty on eligible items.
